Circa 1884 is a private event venue in downtown Louisville, Nebraska, built inside a restored 1884 building. The 1,250-square-foot space blends Victorian, speakeasy, and industrial character — no cold white walls or concrete floors. Guests can gather by the fireplace, out on the deck, or around the crafted bar and tablesThe venue comes equipped with a professional sound system, a 55” TV, and guest WiFi, along with an ADA-compliant restroom and a chairlift to the second floor. Circa 1884 is available to book for rehearsal dinners, company events, holiday parties, and private celebrations in the Louisville and greater Omaha area

VENUE RATES
Monday-Friday & Sunday – $250 for a 3-hour minimum lease period. Additional hours billed at $75 per hour. (Friday daytime rate ends at 4PM).

Friday, 4pm-12am – $375 for a 3-hour minimum lease period. Additional hours billed at $100/hour.

Saturday, 10am-4pm – $350 for a 3-hour minimum lease period. Additional hours billed at $100/hour.

Saturday, 4pm-12am – $450 for a 3-hour minimum lease period. Additional hours billed at $100/hour.

Room pricing includes access to the entire second floor, including the attached deck (weather permitting), one bartender, an event attendant, audio/visual equipment and standard clean-up.

BAR SERVICE
Circa 1884 provides full bar service, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available. Offerings can be tailored to fit your event, from mid-tier bottles to high-end cocktails and spirits, with a prepaid limit set in advance for beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks. The drink limit is set prior to the event and can be adjusted upward as the night progresses, but not downward. We recommend setting a maximum per-drink amount to keep costs predictable. Drink tickets are also available on request. For a more personal touch, Circa 1884 can arrange a champagne toast or create a signature cocktail for your event.

FOOD SERVICE
Circa 1884 does not serve food. Guests are welcome to bring in any licensed caterer of their choice. All food must be provided by a licensed caterer, with the exception of confectionaries.
