Make a lasting impression on your guests by booking your next private event at Circa 1884!  No cold white walls or concrete floor here.   Circa 1884 radiates a sense of comfort and warmth with hints of Victorian, Speak-Easy, and Industrial.  Come relax in front of the fireplace, find a seat on our artfully designed deck, or take your place at the beautifully crafted bar and tables.  Within our 1250 square foot space you will find the right spot to park yourself. Circa is equipped with a professional sound system as well as a 55” TV and guest Wifi.  We also offer an ADA compliant restroom and a chairlift to assist your travel to the second floor.

Room Pricing
Monday through Friday and Sunday – $225 for a 3-hour minimum Lease Period. Additional hours billed at $75 per hour. Friday rates are up to 4 pm as the End Time.

Friday (4pm to 12am) – $325 for a 3-hour minimum Lease Period. Additional hours billed at $100 per hour.

Saturday (10am to 4pm) – $325 for a 3-hour minimum Lease Period. Additional hours billed at $100 per hour.

Saturday (4pm to 12am) – $400 for a 3-hour minimum Lease Period. Additional hours billed at $100 per hour.

The Room pricing includes access to the entire 2nd floor of the venue including the attached deck (weather permitting the decks use), one bartender, an attendant, access to audio\video equipment, and standard clean-up.

Alcohol Service
Circa 1884 is a full-service bar offering a range of alcoholic beverages. We can tailor our offerings to your needs, from mid-tier bottles to incredible high-end cocktails and spirits. We will work with you to set a prepaid limit for non-alcoholic beverages, beers, wines, and spirits of your choice.
With this option, a drink limit is set prior to your event. That limit can be adjusted upward as the event progresses, but not downward. We suggest you set a maximum per-drink amount (i.e. you wouldn’t want a guest asking for a $40 pour of whiskey!). We can also provide drink tickets that you hand to your guests. Would you like to make your event even more memorable? Add a champagne toast or let Circa 1884 create a signature cocktail for your event.

Food Service
Circa 1884 does not serve food but we do have a recommended caterer, BW’s Catering. If you choose another licensed caterer, there is no penalty. Food must be provided by a licensed caterer, with the only exception being confectionaries.
